VeraBank Announces Promotion of Cameron Nofi to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Henderson, TX (June 14, 2024) – VeraBank is excited to announce the promotion of Cameron Nofi to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Cameron, who has been with the bank since 2021, most recently held the role of Senior Vice President, Director of Finance where he had oversight and responsibility for the bank’s financial planning and analysis, asset-liability monitoring, and reporting.

As CFO, Cameron will oversee the bank’s overall financial operations and assist with the long-term financial strategy of VeraBank. His expertise, knowledge, and more than a decade of experience in finance will guide VeraBank as it continues its growth throughout Texas.

Prior to joining VeraBank, Nofi focused on accounting and finance for both public and private community and regional banks. Cameron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Science in Accountancy at the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York. Nofi is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and a Chartered Financial Analyst. An Austin native, Nofi gives back to his hometown volunteering with and serving on the Board of the First Tee – Greater Austin.
